To adverise on GG Trader.com you must first of all register your details with use to become a member. (There is no fee, and no credit card details are required to become a member)
2. ADD YOUR HORSE
To add your horse to this website you will need to
- Register/Log In
- Have in your possession the following details of your horse
- Name or Colour and Sex
- Dams Name
- Sire
- Dam Sire
- Covering Sire ( * for broodmares only)
- Year of Birth
- Sex
- Location
- Vendor
- Press Submit and your listing will be added to GG Traders data base and your account page will open up
- On your account page you will be able to view all horses that you have listed with GG Trader.com.
3. RETRIEVE URL
Click on the horse you required on your ‘ACCOUNT’ page, the horse’s page will then open and the URL will appear in the address bar. It should appear in the form of http://www.ggtrader.com/dams-name/year-of-birth this should never be given to the sales company in assumption and points 2. & 3. Should always be followed.
4. ENTER FOR SALES
When entering your horse for sale you must give the sales company the URL to be printed on the catalogue this allows potential clients know where to find your horse’s listing.
5. UPLOAD PHOTO AND VIDEO
This can be done at any stage by clicking on upgrade your listing and we offer a choice of two packages.
THE PLUS LISTING:
Offering a listing of photo and pedigree, Offering agents a fantastic opportunity to show clients potential stars in the making and get them more involved using visual aid. Photo can be updated regularly at no extra cost and notes can be refreshed should there be a winner in the family.
THE PREMIUM PACKAGE
This is a package designed to help fill the auditorium when your horse arrives. It has all the features of the PLUS listing and much more. You may upload up to three (3) photo images and two (2) video links along with the pedigree; you also have the notes section for updating pedigree. This package can also be updated by you as often as you wish at no extra charge.
PAYMENT
At GG Trader we do not charge for the service of supplying you with a web page and URL. In a word “no photo no fee.” If you decide to upgrade you listing you will be redirected to PayPal. (PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. PayPal serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as cheques and money orders.) You will never be asked or contacted by any representative of GG Trader.com for your credit card details as we do not handle any such transactions.
